Thanks for writing and for the nice thoughts. I remain good friends with Carlos but haven't seen him for quite a while as our touring schedules rarely cross. I am playing a show in Las Vegas soon and may get together with Raul as they are playing there regularly. I did not work out before concerts except for standard excercises like pushups for upper body strength. Mainly it was about eating enough of the proper foods to regain enough strength for the next show! I did overwork my R. hip joint causing me to have it resurfaced 2 years ago, and it's fine now.
